Monday 18th July 2011 will see Vinyl Jacket release the follow up to their debut single Painting Stations with the summer blast of Koala. The release is backed by B-side Broken Record, a live favourite and successful track in it’s own right having topped the Best of Myspace and Amazing Radio charts this year.
The track has already been played by John Kennedy on XFM, Lauren Laverne on 6Music and Huw Stephens on Radio 1.

Monday 21st February saw the release of the debut single from Wylam’s Vinyl Jacket, the track Painting Stations was the first release from The Calico Print. The single received airplay from Chris Moyles, Huw Stephens, Steve Lamacq, Lauren Laverne, Tom Robinson and Capital FM.
The release was backed by an exclusive B-side His Delicate Brain and a Mammal Club remix of Painting Stations. The release also featuredpsecial artwork from Emilee Seymour (Biffy Clyro, Adele) and was accompanied by a video from director Matt Brown (Little Comets) both of which perfectly fitted the band’s aesthetics.
